Private coaching offers a personalized and empowering approach to dog training. I understand that each dog and guardian are unique, with your own set of goals and challenges. Through private coaching sessions, I provide you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively teach your dog.

Private coaching can help puppy parents create routine and consistency to stop behaviors like mouthing and jumping up, and to encourage housetraining and socialization, to help your puppy thrive.
Dog parents of adolescent and adult dogs can get help with leash pulling, jumping, impulse control, basic manners, confidence building, and more!
During the course of this program I'll teach you how your dog learns. We'll enhance communication between you and your dog by teaching you how to improve your dog's understanding of what you're asking, and how you can better understand and meet your dog's needs.
You'll also receive weekly emailed instructions detailing how to work on the behaviors you are learning with your dog. I will be available to support you throughout the duration of the program.

Discovery Call
Your free 15-30 minute discovery call gives us a chance to talk about your situation and any questions you may have about my training techniques. This will help you decide if we're a good fit, and whether you'd like to move forward.
Consultation
New clients start with an in-home consultation
The initial consultation will help us identify your specific needs and goals, determine the best plan for achieving your goals, and let you know what to expect. You'll also learn about canine body language, how dogs learn, and the training methods we'll use during our sessions. After the consultation, you will receive a personalized training plan, providing solutions you can implement immediately to manage your dog's challenging behaviors, in addition to a personalized plan that will help you reach your long term goals.

Private Coaching
Following your consultation, we use your personalized training plan to work toward meeting a new goal each week. We'll work to improve your canine knowledge, teaching skills, and problem-solving abilities. These sessions will be held with your whole family present in your home, your neighborhood, or any other location useful for meeting your goals. These sessions are most effective if you can commit to weekly lessons, and homework you'll receive in addition to each session. Practice and consistency are key to building good habits for you and for your dog. We will typically address 2-3 behaviors per session.
